Wetlands
Our class went to the wetlands . First we had to go through two gates. Then we had to walk through the long grass. The water looked deep. We peaked wild flowers. We saw a tui eating a flower from a flax. Summer and Amara saw a kowhai and tree.
What a great story. I like the way you described the grass! Was it fun to walk through there? I bet you had a great time! You are so lucky to have the wetlands so close to your school! I love seeing tuis eating the flax flowers. They are one of my favourite birds. I really like your photo too! I am so excited to see you guys blogging! Keep up the great work!
